1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and BoostLand ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the BoostLand Telegram Web Application and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Service and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Nature of the Service

BoostLand is a technical platform that facilitates:

• For Organizers (Channel Owners): Tools to create, manage, and automate contests, giveaways, and user engagement campaigns on Telegram.
• For Participants (Users): An interface to discover contests, perform required tasks (e.g., subscribing to channels), and receive rewards.

Important Disclaimer: BoostLand is an intermediary platform. We do not organize, sponsor, or endorse the contests created by Channel Owners, nor do we guarantee the delivery of prizes promised by Organizers, unless explicitly stated otherwise for specific official BoostLand events.

3. Accounts and Registration

To use the Service, you authenticate via your Telegram account.

• Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the Service.
• Telegram Compliance: You agree to comply with Telegram's Terms of Service. Your use of BoostLand is contingent upon your standing with Telegram.
• Wallet Security: If you connect a crypto wallet (e.g., TON Space, Tonkeeper), you are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your private keys. BoostLand never has access to your funds or private keys.

4. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Manipulation: Use bots, scripts, automation tools, click-farms, or multiple accounts to artificially inflate participation numbers or manipulate contest results. Violation of this rule will result in an immediate permanent ban.
• Illegal Content: Create contests that promote illegal acts, gambling, hate speech, or sexually explicit content.
• Scams: Launch fake giveaways where prizes are not intended to be delivered ("Scam Contests").
• Interference: Attempt to bypass security measures, reverse engineer the API, or disrupt the Service infrastructure.

5. Specific Terms for Contest Organizers

If you use BoostLand to create and manage contests ("Organizers"), you acknowledge and agree that:

• Sole Liability: You are solely responsible for the operation of your contest, including the procurement and delivery of prizes to winners.
• Compliance: Your contest must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction (e.g., lottery laws, promotion guidelines).
• No Affiliation: You must not imply that your contest is sponsored or endorsed by Telegram, Facebook, TikTok, or BoostLand, unless officially agreed upon in writing.
• Refunds: Fees paid to BoostLand for premium features or "Boosts" are non-refundable, except as required by law.

6. Blockchain and Virtual Assets

The Service may involve the use of blockchain technology (TON Network) and virtual items (e.g., Telegram Stars, tokens).

• No Monetary Value: Virtual internal points or "XP" have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency.
• Irreversibility: Blockchain transactions (deposits, withdrawals, prize distributions) are irreversible. We cannot retrieve funds sent to incorrect addresses.
• Gas Fees: You are responsible for any blockchain network fees ("gas") associated with your transactions.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Service may interact with third-party platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) to verify task completion. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of these services. Your use of third-party platforms is subject to their respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

In no event shall BoostLand, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service;
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
