User Data Deletion

Instructions on how to remove your account and associated data from BoostLand.

Method 1: Via WebApp

The fastest way to delete your data is directly through the application interface.

Open BoostLand in Telegram.
Go to Settings (Gear icon).
Scroll down to "Danger Zone".
Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Method 2: Support Request

If you cannot access the app, you can request manual deletion via email.

Subject: Data Deletion Request
Body: Please delete data for User ID: [Your Telegram ID]

* We may ask for additional proof of ownership before deletion.

Important Note Deleting your data will permanently remove your participation history, accumulated points, and profile settings. This action cannot be undone. Blockchain transactions (if any) cannot be deleted from the ledger.

Requesting Data Deletion. If you wish to delete your account and all associated personal data from our systems, please follow the steps below:

Log in to your account in the BoostLand WebApp.
Navigate to Settings > Privacy & Security.
Click on the Delete Account button.
Confirm your choice. Your data will be scheduled for permanent deletion within 30 days.

Alternatively, you can contact our support team at support@boostland.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include your account username or registered email address.
